Christian Bean
Christian is a Licensed Massage Therapist, holds a Bachelors in Social Work, and is the founder and small business owner of Healing Hands for Working Bodies LLC. After spending years in the service industry, working with vulnerable populations as a social worker, and serving in the Army National Guard, he understands personally how much stress and tension our bodies may have to manage on a daily basis. As a massage therapist, he applies those experiences and lessons to help clients cultivate peace and relief amidst whatever storms and struggles they are navigating.
Our bodies are always communicating with us, if we choose to stop and listen. What might we learn if we take the time to notice, with loving kindness, what they are saying? What ways have you cared for your precious, resilient, and sacred body lately?
